Cancellation Policy

At Horaia, we value our time and yours. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and last minute changes impact both our practitioners and other clients waiting for openings. *We kindly ask for 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 25% service fee. *No shows- If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged. *Arriving late- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, and a cancellation fee of 25% may apply. *Emergencies-We understand that life happens.
